1. Definitions

• "Service" — any workshop, session, or educational program offered by Khun Samphan
• "User" or "Participant" — any individual who accesses this website or attends a program
• "We / Us / Our" — Khun Samphan, operating from 55 Pattaya Beach Road, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand
• "Content" — all materials, guides, and information shared during or as part of our programs
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions as accepted upon enquiry or enrolment

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form, making a telephone enquiry, or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit any enquiry or attend a session.

Our programs are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Participation by individuals under 18 is not permitted without written consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Service Description

Khun Samphan offers in-person financial education workshops in Pattaya, Thailand. Our current programs are:

• Savings Account Optimization — ฿3,100 per person, one half-day session
• Currency and Exchange Awareness — ฿8,000 per person, two full-day sessions
• Retirement Lifestyle Costing — ฿14,100 per person, five sessions over three weeks

All programs are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial service. Participants should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

Program content is subject to change. We will notify enrolled participants of any material changes to schedule or content as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. Enrolment and Booking

Enrolment in a program is confirmed once we have received your enquiry and confirmed availability in writing (by email or telephone). A place is not reserved until confirmation has been provided by Khun Samphan.

We reserve the right to limit session sizes to maintain the quality of the learning environment. Typically, sessions are capped at 12 participants.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Payment details and timing will be confirmed upon enrolment. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session: full refund
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before or non-attendance: no refund
• If Khun Samphan cancels or postpones a session: full refund or a rescheduled date at your choice

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
• Not record, photograph, or distribute session materials without prior written consent
• Not use program content for commercial resale or redistribution
• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or completing enrolment

We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during our programs — including handouts, worksheets, frameworks, and content shared verbally — remain the intellectual property of Khun Samphan. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own learning and personal financial planning only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, teach from, or commercialise any part of our program content without our express written permission.

8. Educational Disclaimer

All content delivered through Khun Samphan programs is provided for general educational purposes only. Nothing shared in our workshops should be construed as personalised financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice.

Khun Samphan does not hold a licence to provide regulated financial services under Thai law. We strongly encourage participants to consult a qualified and licensed financial advisor, accountant, or legal professional before making significant financial decisions.

Results from applying educational concepts vary depending on individual circumstances. We make no representations about specific financial outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Khun Samphan's liability to any participant is limited to the fees paid for the program in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in or reliance on content from our programs, including but not limited to financial losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on workshop content.

This limitation does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Thai consumer protection legislation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khun Samphan, its facilitators, and staff from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of program content, or any conduct during a session that causes harm to others.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the enrolment agreement prior to the first session by providing written notice. Khun Samphan reserves the right to cancel a program if minimum participant numbers are not reached, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Following termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in our programs shall first be addressed informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Khun Samphan
• Severability: If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any clause at a given time does not constitute a waiver of that clause
• Assignment: You may not transfer your enrolment to another person without our prior written consent

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued enquiry or enrolment after the revised date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
